# 7.3 Token Allocation

### HOFS Token Allocation

HOFS is launching the ERC20 Token Phase One private sales campaign for purchase on our website <https://hofs.io/buy-token>

The company will list the HOFS Token Public Sale on leading crypto asset exchanges once the Private Sales and Investor Round targets reach capacity.

HOFS Tokens sold at a discount will be released over a quarterly timeframe following the exchange listing to protect secondary markets from supply shocks or malicious trading behavior. The company at its discretion will release further HOFS tokens into the market from the HOFS Reserve Fund (HOFS Vault) or buy back at market value to burn to stabilize market shocks.
